The Basic Buyer Only Plan is designed specifically for homebuyers, and sellers aren’t eligible to purchase this home warranty. In addition to all the items included in the Basic Buyer/Seller Plan, the Basic Buyer Only Plan features some extra coverage:

  • Central heat, central air/heat pump and ductwork
  • Re-keying of up to six keyholes and four identical keys
  • Refrigerator, including ice maker/beverage dispenser
  • Doorbell and central vacuum
  • Burglar alarm and fire alarm
  • Roof leaks

This plan is very close in price to the Basic Seller/Buyer Plan, so if you’re buying a home, it makes sense to choose this plan and enjoy the extra coverage it offers.
